SMALL UNITARY REPRESENTATIONS OF THE DOUBLE COVER OF SL(m)

چکیده
The irreducible representations of the double cover of SL(m) with infinitesmal character 1p having a maximal primitive ideal are determined. We investigate whether these representations are attached to a nilpotent orbit and use the orbit method to speculate their K types. We study the double cosets of a Lie group by a compact Lie subgroup. We show that a Weil formula holds for double coset Lie hypergroups and show that certain representations of the Lie group lift to representations of the double coset Lie hypergroup.
